Thank you for all your help in booking the most fantastic hen party for my best friend Alice. You were very accommodating with my requests; the food was absolutely faultless and the yurt is beautiful – completely exceeded my expectations. I can’t recommend The Oxford Yurt enough. Just spent a truly wonderful weekend here for Sammy Walton‘s hen do. Fab, quirky accommodation and excellent food. I especially loved all the attention to detail, from the fancy dress & musical instruments for those mad moments, to the vintage mis-matched tea set, to the wonderfully cosy Moroccan themed interiors and the fantastic service. Just perfect! Thank you, Sarah and all your team for looking after us all so well….even in the gale force winds and heavy downpours!

A Winter Wonderland with a touch of Bollywood

I organised a friend’s hen weekend at The Oxford Yurt and we all had a fantastic time. Entering the yurt is a bit like going into a magical world and it really feels like yours for the weekend which is so much nicer than booking into a hotel. When the sun has gone down the atmosphere created with the roaring fire and lanterns is a gorgeous, chilled space to share with your best mates.

We enjoyed a Bollywood dancing class and wine tasting session on our weekend which were both great fun and really added a sense of occasion to the event.

Sarah was extremely accommodating both in the run-up to the weekend and the weekend itself – she was so helpful and worked really hard to ensure we had exactly the right party for our group and our budget. I’d have no hesitation in recommending The Oxford Yurt to other groups. Thanks Sarah!

Gem’s Hen Do

When I started planning my friends Hen Party I spent hours looking for something unique that would really Wow her, so I was over the moon when I found The Oxford Yurt. It looked like the perfect setting to create a Hen Do to remember.

Sarah really went above and beyond what I asked of her and pulled out all the stops to make sure all my requests were met. She helped me plan the day and made the most amazing food for us all. It meant that I could relax knowing that everyone was going to be catered for. When everyone turned up they couldn’t believe how beautiful the yurt was and through out the day everyone kept telling me that they loved it and what a brilliant idea it was. I couldn’t recommend Sarah and The Oxford Yurt Co enough for any occasion, the yurt creates a truly unique and special place to share with friends and family. You won’t be disappointed I promise!
