Our Payment Terms
“Booking Deposit” – To secure your required booking date, a non-refundable deposit of £350 is taken. This amount goes towards the total amount due for your stay, which is due 3 weeks before your stay. You will be agreeing to our hire terms and conditions when you pay your deposit.
“Damage and Noise Deposit” – A noise and damage refundable deposit of £250 is required and is payable with the final balance. This deposit will be refunded within one week of your stay on the basis that your venue has been left in reasonable condition and there has been no excess noise (for more information see our Terms and Conditions).
The following charges will apply for cancellations:
1. Total Cancellation:
- Less than 12 weeks = Deposit only
- Less than 10 weeks = 70% due
- Less than 8 weeks = 100% due
2. Single Person Cancellation:
- Less than 8 weeks = Deposit only
- Less than 6 weeks = 60% due
- Less than 4 weeks = 80% due
